The Firm
Jan Kielpinski started the law firm as a
sole practitioner in Stevenson, Washington in 1978. Ken Woodrich merged his
Portland, Oregon practice in 1996. In 1999, Jan Kielpinski left the area to
live abroad. For almost twenty years the firm has focused on representing
municipalities in the Columbia Gorge. Woodrich & Archer LLP is currently comprised
of two partners, Ken Woodrich and Katy Archer. Both of the firm's attorneys live and practice in the Columbia
Gorge. The firm maintains offices in Portland and
Hood River, and Ken is available in either Oregon office for appointments as necessary.
